Fr Raphael at St Marks Catholic Church had the typical problem that hits all broadloom users. Seams that had pulled apart forming trip hazards; highly worn/flattened areas in main corridors (especially as they walked from the outside atrium down the start of the aisle) and ugly looking patches where a part of carpet had been cut out and a new piece sewn in.
The answer to a great looking floor, longevity of a great looking floor and fit for purpose flooring for a high traffic area is carpet tile. And when you think carpet tile, the best in New Zealand and globally is Interface carpet tilesupplied in New Zealand by INZIDE commercial.
15 year castor warranties, solution dyed nylon (highly resistant to staining and one of the strongest fibres known to man) and patterns and colours that are world leading.
In the case of St Marks, Vista Scope (dye batch mergeable and random installation) for the main tile inside the church, Outlook Scape (dye batch mergeable and random installation – great for handling soiling and heavy traffic) and Framework Spire (soft tonals with a random linear nature) for the main aisle and altar area were used.
Doesn’t it just look superb! What a huge improvement.
