Ascot Medical centre in Greenlane is an upmarket clinic that needs to exude professionalism, comfort and health/cleanliness. Hence the choice of flooring needs to be exact.

Young & Richards in taking on this project knew the flooring would be critical to the successful outcome of this project. Soft luxurious but hard wearing carpet in the waiting rooms. Naturally anti-microbial and soft underfoot marmoleum was the choice for the clinical areas with the new harder wearing homogeneous vinyl sphera being used in the corridors.

INZIDE, suppliers of Forbo and Interface to the NZ market were the obvious choice. Interface has the biggest and best carpet tile range – they set the design benchmark globally – and Forbo is the resilient specialist – globally.
