Product: Interface’s Net Effect Collection & Raku Collection

The Auckland Viaduct is a hub of socialisation and entertainment in the city of sails and the corner location of M Social, the newest hotel brand of the Millennium Group in Auckland, is prime real estate. Following the downturn in Hospitality through the pandemic, it was time for MSocial to be re-vamped in the lower guest and conference spaces to welcome guests as the boarders opened once again.

To do this the Millenium group turned to the expert design services of Robert McFarlane Design to create open and accessible guest lounges and conference spaces that promote productivity, interaction, and relaxation. Harnessing Biophilic design principles, Interface’s Net Effect Collection, and Raku range were selected as the Carpet Tiles.

Net Effect is a three-tile transitional design that represents the precise moment when the sea meets the shore. The collection features three textures that, when placed side by side, create a beautiful design that aligns perfectly with the overall theme of the spaces and adds a natural element to the interior. The Raku pattern captures the moments when sunlight hits the surface of a settled sea, reflecting is different hues of blue as a nod to the proximity of the beautiful Hauraki Gulf.

Interface’s carpet tiles are the ultimate fit-for-purpose solution to create a warm welcoming hospitality environment. They carry a standard 15-year warranty, have high recycled content, and are 100% recyclable.
