Safety, durability and resilience were the main attributes that City Impact Church was seeking as the perfect flooring solution for its Childcare Centre.

The brief consisted of having soft & hard flooring with the ability to withstand the everyday day care experiences while being easy to clean and maintain. In addition in needed to be beautiful along with the functional.

Inzide worked closely with Babbage Architects and CIC to find the perfect combination of Interface Luxury Vinyl Tiles - textured Woodgrains and the Interface Luxury Collection - carpet tiles.

The Luxury Collection carpet tile range is lush, sophisticated and seamless. The tiles blend together and the delicate pattern can handle the toughest abuse thrown at it. The Interface acoustic LVT  blends into the carpet tile (no transition strips required) and uses the same PS adhesive system ensuring that should damage happen the tiles can be uplifted and replaced with no one knowing it was patched.

The high performance, sound control and colour options offered by the carpet tiles gave to the Childcare Centre a modern and elegant aspect, while the LVT provided an aesthetic appeal and durability. Add to that powerful combination, the acoustic backing on both products to offer sound absorption, comfort and a soft impact for the play that abounds within the centre.
