The project was installed in anuary 2016 and officially opened 2 February 2016. It has a special place within INZIDE as we sponsor the Kidney Society. They asked for a handup not a hand out and said that they wanted to link with INZIDE as we were strong on recycling and they see recycling of body parts as a core part of their business. How could we refuse.

Back to the installation though. The key requirement was fitness for purpose and being a health centre – having an anti-microbial built into the flooring system.

Tick and tick. Marmoleum is the best product for a health centre as proved by the millions of m2 of marmoleum installed in health centres around the world.

The safety vinyl was a key requirement given the liquids used in these facilities. It is only FORBO (supplied by INZIDE in NZ) that has a range of wood look sheet safety vinyls.
