Welcome Tracey to the Inzide Team

We are excited to introduce the newest addition to the Inzide team, Tracey Southall, who joins us as an Account Manager for the Wellington Region.

With a truly unique and diverse professional background, Tracey brings a range of experience and passion to her new role, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.

Tracey’s career began in a very different field—serving as a police officer for five years in both Auckland and Tauranga.

She then transitioned into the world of design, where her creative journey took off as a Colour Consultant, covering the Bay of Plenty and Coromandel.

From there, Tracey built her own Interior & Kitchen Design business. After 10 years in the Bay of Plenty, Tracey and her family relocated to Wellington, where she continued her design business and contracted with various companies. Tracey treasures time spent exploring hidden gems of New Zealand in her motorhome. When not adventuring, you can find her entertaining family and friends, indulging her love of cooking (and wine), or e-bike riding.

Tracey is incredibly proud of her boys, one played for the lions Wellington and pre-season Rugby for both Hurricanes and Crusaders and now runs an on-line Elite Rugby app for players globally, and the other is a qualified electrician and entrepreneurial coffee cart owner. And Todd – her husband, leads the NZ police dog section with over 35 years of service.

Tracey is excited to bring her design passion and expertise to flooring. She sees each Inzide product as more than just flooring – to her, it’s an opportunity for creative expression that can tie entire space together.

With her diverse career background, Tracey offers a ‘design mind’ filled with fresh ideas that will enhance our team. She’s passionate about collaborating with designers, helping achieve stunning results by viewing flooring as a form of art.

We’re thrilled to have you on as a part of our team, Tracey.

Welcome aboard!
